New Real Estate Listings in San Elijo Hills Nov. 21 to Nov.28
Well, it seems to have been an active week for listing agents this week in San Elijo Hills. There were 8 new or newly re-listed properties in SEH between 11/21 and 11/28. Here is the recap, 1 single family attached home located in the gated community of Springfield; this is a short sale. Of the 7 single family detached homes 4 are located in gated communities; 1 new listing in Promontory Ridge, short sale, 1 new listing in Westcliffe, bank owned, 1 new listing, bank owned and 1 re-listed home, short sale in Azure.
