Randall Hood (California Department of Real Estate Lic.# 01703843) is a Broker. He is also a REALTOR®, a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), a Commercial Real Estate REALTOR®, a Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR), a Property Manager and an e-Pro. Before starting his real estate business with his wife Grace, Randall served in the United States Marine Corps for 20 years and retired as a Chief Warrant Officer-3.
Grace Hood (California Department of Real Estate Lic.# 01490545) is a REALTOR®. Her designations include GRI (Graduate REALTOR® Institute), ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative, SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist), and FSC (Feng Shui Certified). She was a Marketing Specialist prior to starting her real estate business with her husband Randall. Besides English, she is also fluent in other languages: Tagalog (National Language of the Philippines) and Kapampangan (a dialect of the Philippines).

Who We Are
Randall is originally from Grand Junction, Colorado. Grace was born and raised in Manila, Philippines and migrated with her family to the U.S. in 1986. Randall & Grace met while Randall was stationed in Camp Pendleton and Grace was working in Los Angeles. They have been married since 1990. They now live in North County San Diego with their dog Scooter. They have a son who is attending college at a local university.
Besides being passionate about their real estate business and helping their clients, Randall & Grace are also proud supporters of many organizations and programs including The Habitat for Humanity, Arthritis Foundation, Breast Cancer Foundation, Military Programs, Straight from the Heart, Local School Programs (both public and private) and many more.
